Dr. Jon Moore, Florida Atlantic University Professor of Biology, asked the 2015 FMEL-PIAS volunteer class to be on the lookout for Florida East coast diamondback terrapin (Malaclemys terrapin tequesta) and sent pictures (above & below) of the David, the Florida east coast diamondback terrapin ‘housed’ at the Brevard Zoo.
