Nature Changes!

2009 was a dry year, and the mosquito control impoundment cell at the Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area was devoid of water.

When the 2015 FMEL – PIAS volunteer class visited the ‘Ramp’ Observation Tower, water and crabs were abundant. Ducks and wading birds, including a reddish egret, were present.

Nature has amazing resilience!
