So soggy & boggy


Never have I seen the Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area so waterlogged. Even the “high & dry” scrubby pine flatwoods were inundated.

Indian River Mosquito Control District Director Doug Carlson, pictured below in the ORCA parking lot, led the walk to the 15′ Observation Tower overlooking the coastal wetlands.
