Fat and happy are these air potato beetle (Lilioceris cheni) larvae photographed at (Pelican Island) Audubon House by Bob Montanaro, Pelican Island Audubon Office Manager on June 30. Air potato beetles progress through 4 larval stages (instars). Shown are late instar larvae.
