This gorgeous green tree frog (Hyla cinerea) was sitting patiently on the railing of our second floor deck just waiting for insects to be drawn to the light. For awhile this tiny native frog was quite patient and seemed resigned to be being photographed.
Then, the frog fled leaping from the railing to adjacent vegetation.
Look carefully to see the gorgeous golden flecks on its back.
